Once your payment is confirmed, we inspect and prepare your artwork for dispatch. Most in-stock originals are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
Signed prints, commissions, and made-to-order works follow the timeline mentioned on the product listing or agreed directly with the artist.

International Shipping
We accept international orders to most countries. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs processing.
International shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout.
Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
How We Pack
- Canvases are corner-protected and wrapped securely.
- Works on paper are packed flat or rolled in sturdy tubes.
- Fragile artworks receive additional cushioning.
- Rigid outer protection helps prevent transit damage.
- Moisture-resistant packaging is used where required.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos of the packaging and artwork.
- Keep all packaging materials until resolved.
- Our team will assess the issue and assist promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Change Of Mind
Returns are accepted only where a listing explicitly allows it.
Made-To-Order & Commissions
Custom and commissioned artworks cannot be returned unless damaged.
Condition On Return
Returned artworks must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
If your order has not been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an artwork is in transit, standard return terms apply.
